George Grinnell was the best damned pilot Diamondhead had.He flew with a passion. He was someone you respected, you trusted with your life, and you always new he would get us home.I was a Crewchief,and flew many hours with George. To know George Grinnell was to love George Grinnell, he was a friend that would have you in stitches one minute and in tears the next. It is a damned shame for George to checkout the way he did. It wasn't right...he deserved more.
